Who We Are
Pineapple Foods Pty Ltd is a Melbourne-based innovator in tropical fruit processing. Founded in 2009 by food scientists who believed Australian quality could meet global demand, we have grown from a single press line into a fully integrated facility exporting to 18 countries. Our partnerships span family-owned farms in Far North Queensland, sustainable cooperatives in Fiji, and premium beverage houses across Asia-Pacific.
Our mission is simple: capture the sunshine of the tropics in every drop while championing ethical trade, zero-waste manufacturing and science-driven consistency. Whether you are formulating a new craft cider or fortifying a dairy range, Pineapple Foods delivers flavour that speaks for itself.

Cold-Pressed Juices
Single-strength pineapple, mango and guava juices with no added sugar or concentrates, preserving natural enzymes.
Aseptic Fruit Purées
Tailored viscosity purées ideal for yoghurts, sorbets and baby food, delivered in sterile bag-in-box up to 1 000 L.
Private-Label Packaging
Hand us your label files and our automated lines will pack everything from 200 mL PET to 20 L bag-in-box, ready for shelf.
End-to-End Logistics
Domestic and cross-border cold-chain solutions, including reefer shipping, customs clearance and last-mile delivery.
Our Process & Technology
Ethical Sourcing
We source fruit directly from Rainforest Alliance-certified farms, ensuring fair wages and biodiversity protection.
High-Pressure Extraction
Our Bucher pneumatic presses operate at 400 bar, capturing maximum flavour while protecting delicate nutrients.
Flash Pasteurisation
Heated to 72 °C for 15 seconds via Alfa Laval plate heat exchangers, locking in freshness and safety.
Aseptic Filling
Closed-loop sterile chambers with Class 100 clean-room ratings eliminate contamination risk.
Quality Assurance
Our in-house microbiology lab performs hourly ATP swabs. The facility is ISO 22000 and HACCP certified.
